Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for a refund, your request must meet the following conditions:

Timing: Your refund request must be submitted within 30 days of the confirmed delivery date. Requests made after this 30-day window will not be approved, regardless of circumstances.

What's covered: Refunds apply to the product purchase price only. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

Return required: We require you to return the product in order to receive a refund. Please note the following:

All returns must be sent to our location in Poland. Return shipping costs are covered by the customer. We are not responsible for packages lost in transit during return shipment. Opened or damaged products will not be accepted for return and are not eligible for a refund.

What's Not Eligible

The following situations do not qualify for a refund:

Requests submitted after the 60-day guarantee period has ended. Subscription renewals or recurring charges processed after the initial 60-day window. Orders that have already been fulfilled once the 60-day period has passed. Opened or damaged products. These will not be accepted for return. Any requests that fall outside the terms stated in this policy.

We apply this policy consistently and do not make exceptions beyond the 30-day guarantee period.

Subscriptions

If your purchase includes a subscription, you are responsible for managing or canceling it within the 30-day guarantee period. Any subscription renewals that occur after this window are not eligible for refunds.

Please review your subscription settings and make any desired changes before your next billing date. Failure to cancel or modify your subscription before renewal does not constitute grounds for a refund.
