Through our online store mysimpledose.com, we serve customers worldwide who value quality and reliability. Transparency and a smooth delivery experience are at the heart of everything we do.

Shipping Destinations
We ship to all countries worldwide. Please note that delivery times and potential import duties may vary depending on your location.

Order Processing
Processing time: 1 to 2 business days
Business days: Monday through Friday
Daily cut-off: 12:00 PM CET (Amsterdam)

Orders placed before 12:00 PM CET are processed the same day. Orders placed after this time will be processed on the next business day. We do not process orders on weekends or U.S. public holidays.

Delivery Timeframes
Once processed, you can expect your order to arrive within 7 to 12 business days, depending on your location. These are estimated timeframes. Delays caused by carriers, customs procedures, or weather conditions are beyond our control.

Shipment Tracking
As soon as your order is on its way, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can monitor your delivery in real time.

Issues With Your Order
Damaged delivery: Did your order arrive damaged? Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@mysimpledose.com. If possible, include photos of the damage so we can resolve the issue quickly.

Lost shipment: If your package appears to be lost, please let us know immediately. We will open an investigation with the carrier and arrange an appropriate solution, such as a replacement shipment.

Incorrect Shipping Address
It is the customer's responsibility to provide a correct and complete shipping address at checkout. If an order cannot be delivered or is returned to us because the customer supplied an incorrect address, the following terms apply:

A 15% processing fee will be deducted from the original order amount when the customer requests a refund as a result of an incorrect address. This fee covers the administrative handling, shipping, and restocking costs incurred on our side.

The remaining 85% of the order amount will be refunded to the original payment method once the returned shipment has been received and processed. Any additional costs for re-shipment to a corrected address are payable by the customer.

Unclaimed Packages and Failed Delivery Attempts
If a package is returned to us because it was not accepted during a delivery attempt or was not collected from a pickup point within the carrier's designated timeframe, the following terms apply:

Throughout the delivery process, we send multiple notifications to keep you informed — including a shipping confirmation with tracking details, and updates when a delivery attempt has been made or when your package is available for collection at a pickup point. It is the customer's responsibility to monitor these communications and act on them in a timely manner.

If a package is returned to us due to non-acceptance or non-collection, the original shipping fee is non-refundable. To have your order reshipped, the customer is required to pay the full shipping costs again before we arrange a new delivery. If the customer instead requests a refund, the original shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount. Any additional costs incurred due to the return will also be the customer's responsibility.
