7. Refunds and Returns
We accept returns for unopened products purchased directly from mysimpledose.com. To request a refund, email info@mysimpledose.com within 30 days of receiving your order.

Products must be returned before a refund is processed. Once we receive and verify the product is unopened, we will process your refund within approximately 15 business days. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.

Refund Limitations
